When you use VSmart — booking a service, buying equipment, or running a franchise — you agree to these Terms. They set out the relationship between VSmart, our franchise partners and technicians, and you as a customer.
Our services include:
Solar cleaning bookings: Book panel cleaning and maintenance online. Equipment shop: Buy professional-grade cleaning tools and supplies. Franchise software: Tools for our regional partners to run their operations. Enterprise plans: Custom, SLA-based maintenance for large (MW-scale) installations.
Pricing: Listed prices are a starting point. The final price may change based on access difficulty, panel height, and local labour rates.
Taxes: All transactions include 18% GST, as required by Indian law.
Payment: Residential bookings must be paid at the time of booking. Enterprise clients pay under the credit terms agreed in their SLA.
Cleaning standards: We follow rigorous, ISO-standard cleaning methods across all franchise partners. Performance: We restore your panels’ cleanliness, but how much energy output improves also depends on each panel’s existing health and age. Existing damage: VSmart is not responsible for pre-existing structural problems or micro-cracks in the panels that are identified during the pre-service inspection.
The VSmart brand, our cleaning methods, and our platform are protected under Indian intellectual-property law. Copying our service models or digital assets without permission may be pursued under applicable copyright law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
