2. Service Definitions
Our operations encompass:
O&M Interface: Algorithmic booking for solar maintenance. Hardware Hub: Marketplace for professional-grade cleaning assets. Franchise SaaS: Distributed operational management for regional partners. Enterprise Solutions: Custom SLA-driven maintenance for MW-scale installations.
3. Fiscal Protocols
Dynamic Pricing: Listed tariffs are operational baselines. Final valuations are adjusted for logistical challenges, panel altitude, and regional labor variables.
Taxation: All transactions are subject to 18% GST as per Indian statutory requirements.
Settlements: Immediate settlement is required for residential bookings. Enterprise clients operate under agreed SLA credit terms.
4. Operational Liability
Maintenance Standards: We enforce rigorous ISO-standard cleaning protocols across all franchise nodes. Performance Variables: While we restore optical efficiency, yield recovery depends on inherent panel health and historical degradation. Structural Indemnity: VSmart nodes are not liable for pre-existing structural flaws or micro-cracks in panel substrate identified during pre-service inspection.
5. Intellectual Property
The VSmart brand, proprietary cleaning configurations, and platform algorithms are protected under Indian Intellectual Property Law. Unauthorized replication of our service models or digital assets will be prosecuted under jurisdictional copyright statutes.
6. Jurisdictional Authority
These terms are governed by the primary laws of India. Any operational disputes are subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
