When the deletion completes, we permanently remove your personal profile (name, email, phone), your saved addresses and panel/site details, your notification and device tokens, and your app account itself.
Once deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your data is removed from our primary systems.
Invoices, payment records and GST/tax documents tied to completed services are retained for the period required by Indian statutory tax and accounting law, even after your account is deleted. These are kept only for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.
Deletion is not instant. Your account is first marked for deletion and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. During this window you can restore your account at any time simply by signing in to the app again.
After the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your account can’t be deleted while it has active bookings, open disputes, or an active/trial subscription. Please complete or cancel these first — the form above will tell you exactly what’s pending.
