1. Service Credit Protocols
Cancellations initiated outside the 24-hour operational window are eligible for a full 100% refund. Cancellations within the 24-hour window incur a 50% mobilization fee to cover logarithmic scheduling and technician availability overheads.
2. Hardware Returns
Physical assets (brushes, poles, kits) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the factory seal remains intact. **Electrical components** and **solenoid valves** are non-returnable once the protective packaging is breached. Return logistics costs are borne by the purchaser unless the asset is verified as defective upon arrival.
3. Transmission Timeline
Approved refunds are transmitted via our primary payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. Credit appearance on your statement depends on your underlying banking infrastructure.
4. Rescheduling Framework
One-time rescheduling is complimentary if requested 12+ hours prior to service. Subsequent rescheduling or requests within the 12-hour window may incur a ₹250 administrative reallocation fee.
