Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled service and you get a full 100% refund. Cancel within 24 hours of the service and a 50% fee applies, which covers the scheduling and technician time already committed.
You can return physical items (brushes, poles, kits) within 7 days of delivery, as long as the factory seal is intact. Electrical components and solenoid valves cannot be returned once their protective packaging is opened. You pay the return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
Approved refunds are sent through our payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. How quickly the credit shows on your statement then depends on your bank.
You can reschedule once for free if you ask at least 12 hours before your service. Rescheduling again, or asking within 12 hours of the service, may incur a ₹250 admin fee.
