Financial Traces: Transaction metadata. We utilize PCI-DSS Level 1 processors (Razorpay) and do not persist primary payment credentials.

Third-Party Interoperability
We share data only where essential for service delivery:
- Franchise Nodes: Operational details for field agents. - Payment Gateways: Secure transaction handling. - Communication API: Managed transit via WhatsApp/SMS providers.
We strictly prohibit the commercialization of user data to third-party marketing entities.
Security Protocols
We implement defense-in-depth strategies:
- End-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit. - Bcrypt hashing for credential security. - Zero-trust architecture for franchise dashboard access. - OTP-based identity verification as a mandatory protocol.
Sovereign Rights
All users maintain absolute sovereignty over their data profile. This includes the right to request full archival extraction, rectification of telemetry, or permanent deletion from our primary nodes, subject to statutory tax retention laws.
