We start processing your order within 48 business hours of payment. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days. Large (MW-scale) bulk orders ship on a custom schedule agreed at the quotation stage.
We offer standard shipping rates across all tier-1 and tier-2 cities in India. Remote areas or high-altitude sites may involve an extra charge or a longer delivery time.
Once your order ships, we send a tracking ID over WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime in your account, under Order Tracking.
Bulk orders (10 or more units) ship in reinforced industrial packaging. Reduced freight rates apply to franchise starter kits and business orders over ₹100,000.
If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please include photos of the factory seal and outer packaging so we can process your claim.
